Capacity Building Seminar of Ehsas Welfare & Social Services Organization

The Capacity Building Seminar of Ehsas Welfare & Social Services Organization was held on September, 2025 with the participation of respected scholars, religious leaders, provincial officials, and the dedicated staff of the organization. During the seminar, discussions and exchanges of views focused on expanding humanitarian activities and delivering more effective services to the people of Afghanistan.

During the session, several key issues were discussed, including:

Increasing humanitarian assistance to affected communities across the country, particularly in earthquake-affected provinces facing severe humanitarian challenges.

Strengthening the professional and managerial capacities of the organization’s staff and provincial representatives to enhance the quality of services.

Expanding support programs for orphans and creating opportunities for their growth, education, and a brighter future.

Extending services to vulnerable families through support projects, food distribution, and the creation of sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Promoting education for underprivileged segments of society as a long-term goal aimed at empowerment and reducing dependency.

It was also decided that Ehsas Welfare & Social Services Organization, while upholding the principles of humanity and transparency, will further strengthen its future programs in the following areas:

Supporting orphans, widows, and vulnerable families.

Developing technical and vocational training programs for youth and women.

Providing rapid humanitarian assistance during emergencies and natural disasters.

Strengthening close cooperation with religious scholars, community elders, and social institutions to promote a culture of solidarity and mutual support.

Establishing sustainable programs to enhance economic self-reliance among impoverished families.

Ehsas Welfare & Social Services Organization once again reaffirms that its core mission is sincere service to the people, alleviating the suffering of those in need, and contributing to a brighter and more hopeful future for Afghanistan.
