Project Overview:
The Ehsas Welfare and Social Services Organization (EWSSO) successfully carried out the Qurbani Project, a significant Sunnah practice in Islam. This initiative took place in Logar Province, Afghanistan, where 1 cow were sacrificed. The meat was carefully distributed among 32 households, with each family receiving 3 kg to support their nutritional needs.
Made possible through a generous grant from the International SERANTAU MUSLIM organization, this project ensured that vulnerable communities could observe Qurbani despite their challenging circumstances. Beyond its religious significance, the initiative aimed to provide essential nutrition to those in need, fostering a sense of unity and compassion.
The project was successfully implemented on June 7, 2024, in Logar Province, Afghanistan.
